Andhhagadu Review

Andhhagadu is a revenge drama in the disguise of rom-com entertainer. Writer Veligonda Srinivas made debut as a director with this film. First half flows with fun and entertainment. Story turns into a vengeance drama from interval. Second half is dragged a bit.

However, suspense element keeps it interesting. Pre-climax twists create an impact. Again climax is routine as it ends with a regular action episode.

Raj Tarun steps up as an actor. Contrast to his usual romantic roles, this one gives him scope to explore emotional side. Hebah Patel is eye-candy in glamorous outfits. The hit pair is on hat-trick after their successful films, Kumari 21F and Eedo Rakam Aado Rakam.

Satya Akkala is in full form. He is hilarious as hero’s sidekick. Rajendra Prasad is an asset to the film. His comedy timing is impeccable. Ashish Vidyarthi and Raja Ravindra deliver decent performances.

Songs are colorfully filmed in exotic Europe locations. Cinematography is good but Music is average.  Over all, Andhhagadu is a timepass film for one time watch.
